The Code of Business Conduct and

Ethics isastatementof theCorporation’s

core values and is designed to facilitate

transparency, respect and dialogue in

relationships between stakeholders.

All corporate policies and Company

procedures are defined and structured

in accordance with the provisions

of the Code and provide additional

operational guidance on specific

matters dealt with therein, such as:

Respecting human rights

Valuing diversity and promoting

inclusion

Business integrity

Conflicts of interest and tackling

forms of corruption

Environmental protection and

promoting sustainability.

These general principles are also

embodied in rules of conduct for

dealing with different stakeholders.

In this regard, in accordance with

the relevant rules and requirements,

the Company also abides by the

ILO core conventions

and the

OECD Guidelines

for Multinational

Enterprises.
