the Administration, Animation, Bar, Beauty, Photo, Galley and Casino Departments, as well
as specific training courses for Pastry Chefs. This tuition, provided both in the classroom
and online, was coordinated under the supervision of the HR Director and the Learning
Officer on each ship. Also in 2019 we continued the online training of our Kids’ Cruise Staff
with regard to the Joy of moving project, created within the framework of the partnership
between Kinder and Costa in order to combine physical exercise and the joy of movement
with development of motor coordination as well as cognitive and social skills for our young
guests. To preside over the most strategic areas of the business and promote the exchange
of know-how, the School of Trades project continued with the collaboration of international
brands for specialized training of our shipboard employees; for example we consolidated the
