Accuracy and reliability
The Report is prepared in consultation with the functions concerned and the Group’s
top management and has been approved by Costa Crociere S.p.A.’s legal representatives.
The Sustainability Report has been externally audited by the independent auditors
PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory.

Timeliness
This edition of the Sustainability Report, whose disclosures refer to FY 2019, is published
in digital form and can be downloaded from the Company’s website. It is also sent
by email to key stakeholders. For information contact the Sustainability Department:

Update regarding the Covid-19 emergency
The Covid-19 global pandemic occurred while this Report was being written, which
was after the end of the reporting period. Nevertheless, for the purposes of maximum
transparency and accountability, it was decided to add the main facts and events affecting
the Company as a result of the health emergency from the end of the reporting period
through April 30, 2020. This entailed revising the content to include a discussion of the
inevitable repercussions of the pandemic on business and the economy.
