                                                 The responsible consumption of food is one of Costa’s priority issues and forms the
                                                 basis of its 4GOODFOOD program, which was implemented bringing optimization across
                                                 all shipboard departments; Taste don’t Waste is our project conveying consciousness-
                                                 raising messages with regard to responsible food consumption in Costa’s restaurants and
                                                 buffets. Our guests and crew members have been very receptive to this call to action and
                                                 enabled us to achieve a marked reduction in food wastage.  Another campaign carried
                                                 out on our ships is directed at the responsible consumption of water, most of which is
                                                 produced directly on board while the rest is bunkered from ports of call without impacting
                                                 local water supplies (i.e. by avoiding sourcing in regions experiencing water scarcity or

                                                 with useful tips applicable not only on board but also at home. The effectiveness of the
